This series of webinars will aim to provide a 'User Perspective' on access to data and user engagement as a follow up to the webinar on Improving User Access to Health and Care Statistics that was held on 21st June.

The overall aim of the two webinars will be to present current user engagement initiatives in relation to health and care statistics, from both the user and the provider perspectives.

As we recover and rebuild our nations, we have an opportunity to "reset" our services, products and collaborations to ensure we design and build inclusive, equitable and diverse outputs which support improved outcomes for citizens and communities. In building back fairer services, users should be at the heart of all we do. In order to do this, we need to ensure that user engagement activities are inclusive and complementary, and that we are able to interpret and share the different views that may be gathered during these activities.
