If you are from India, love cars and don't know about Horsepower Cartel, have you been living under a rock? We took Santosh and his sick Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 4 out for a spin! Now this isn't an OG Lancer EVO, but is a convert but you will barely notice it cause it has been done up so well. The car produces around 400 bhp with 11 psi of boost from an upgraded turbo and sounds like nothing else on the road.
