Several shots of people picking oranges in an orchard; the fruit is then seen on conveyor belts in a packing house, being checked and packed. A young couple eat breakfast on their hotel balcony and look out at the view of Haifa; we see the exterior of the hotel; the Persian Gardens. In an orange grove a man inspects fruit and looks at a plastic container full of flies, then radios for the crop sprayer to take off in his plane.



L/Ss of an El Al aeroplane landing and taxiing at Tel Aviv airport; an air hostess with big hair approaches the plane; L/S of passengers leaving the aircraft. Several shots at Acre show fishermen sorting their nets; an Arab market with stalls selling fruit and vegetables; L/S of Minaret with television (TV) aerials in foreground.



Several modern buildings are seen in Tel Aviv; beach shots at the Red Sea resort of Eilat (looking extremely unspoiled compared with the resort today); people on boats and water skiing. Various shots of the arid land in the Negev Desert; camels are herded along.



At Hezliya Hotel School chefs prepare numerous dishes using oranges in one form or another; the food is served at an open air restaurant. A couple by a swimming pool drink orange juice; L/S of the crowded pool beside a hotel.



Several shots of young people picking fruit in the orchards; they run out from behind the trees in orange coloured costumes to perform a harvest festival dance routine.
