As many as 4,300 millionaires are expected to leave India in 2024 for other countries. Though the exodus is much lower than the 2023 numbers, India still remains among the top three nations for high-net-worth individual (HNI) departures globally. According to the Henley Private Wealth Migration Report 2024, UAE and Dubai remain the top residential destinations for the moneyed. While USA, Canada and Australia remain the other top destinations, UK is another country haemorrhaging millionaires, just behind China which tops the list.
