Terrifying moment construction worker dangles from crane in Toronto

An investigation has been launched after footage was captured of the moment a man dangled from a crane at a construction site.

The video, which has been viewed over three million times, shows an unnamed man hanging on for his life under a construction block as it is lowered to the ground.
