Civilians, especially children, have always suffered in war.

In WWII, hundreds of thousands of children were evacuated from major war torn cities in Britain.

'Operation Pied Piper' was a government program in Britain before and during WWII to protect vulnerable civilians, especially children, from Nazi bombardment.

Vivienne Ashby Montague was a child of 'Operation Pied Piper.'

NBC Montana met Vivienne at her home in Kalispell.
