As I got older I realized just how beautiful my heritage and my tradition is, the wealth of culture, magic, music, film, & just pure art that comes out of the Middle East.”

This is an excerpt of Rami Malek’s backstage 2019 Oscar speech. While I can relate to that personally, I take it a step further to include Arab and Mediterranean countries as a whole on one hand, and each of it them having a wealth of culture and distinct magic on the other.

This was the inspiration behind these ElektrOriental Mixtapes.
