Order your team to wait behind the wall. Go on front and take out the soldier with the bazooka (he can take down you and your entire team in one shot), then order your team to attack.
There are two buildings with rebel soldiers, meds, weapons and sewer entrances nearby (you might want to quick save since the following areas might be a pain in the ass).
Go through the left path and order your team to wait behing the car. Go on front while crouching and enter the soviet base holding the prisoners. Kill the soldier behind the machine gun and then order your team to attack the area. Plant a C4 on the transformer, and when it blows up, free the prisoners.
Order your team to go back behind the car and wait there (sometimes a few soviet soldiers will spawn if you go back alone with the prisoners, so it's better to order your team, or just a few of your soldiers, to go back with you). Reach the sewer entrance and you should get plenty of points for each prisoner. Recruit another soldier and quick save.
