Let me explain "new", instead of the usual more relaxed mids and highs coupled with a authoritative bass, these two IEMs have the PENON flavour that we all know and love, but now turned up to 10, especially in the bass!

Thus certain comparisons should be approached with the following premise, if you purchase a TURBO or NEO5, you like bass, you want that authority in the sound that shows whose the Alpha male, so comparisons with the Neko which is in its own right one of the best smooth sounding all BA sets available becomes a little ambiguous, like pitching a ballerina against a bodybuilder.

Same goes with the OKAVANGO and NEO5 although to a lesser extent.
