Was so excited when I finally got this package, honestly couldn’t believe it, Banting Blvd was so kind to send me their range to try out and I can’t wait to share what I come up with, this Swiss roll being one of them, so delicious. Make with one of their premixes, so quick and easy to make. You definitely must try it.

So I’m trying their no bake almond and chai seed balls premix that I switched up and made a Swiss roll with.

In addition to the ingredients needed on the package all you need is

100ml fresh cream
2tbs of mascarpone cheese
1tbs of vanilla essence
2tbs of sweetener I used xylitol
