Today marks the first day of route 425 with Stagecoach London, however like many other route that have had operator changes recently, Covid-19 had delayed the making and arrival of the electric and smart hybrid buses, so instead the 425 is temporarily allocated with a mix of Alexander Dennis Enviro 400Hs and MMCs from various Stagecoach garages, including Bromley (TB), Plumstead (PD), and West Ham (WH) garages. Some smart hybrids from the 25 from Bow (BW), where the 425 now operates from, have also made appearances on the route today. 11038 is a LED blind E400 MMC from WH, and is usually found on routes 241 and 474, as well as 277 and 330.

I hope you are all safe during this lockdown. Restrictions have been eased to allow for more time outside, but if you do go outside, especially for bus spotting or bashing, remember to keep your distance and wear a face mask at all times, unless you have breathing problems. I'd like to thank all bus drivers, NHS nurses and doctors, and all other key workers for they're hard work and support, doing all they can to protect the country. Let's hope this all ends soon! Hopefully we can go back to normality by July, because there are a lot of summer related things I want to do on this channel!
