After exploring several D-Day sites, we head into the interior of Normandy to discover more charming corners of this wonderful region 🇫🇷.

Our first stop is Dives-sur-Mer, where we visit the Church of Notre-Dame ⛪, with origins in the 11th century thanks to William the Conqueror ⚔️. We walk along the picturesque Paul Canta street 🌸 until we reach the Place de la République, where the old medieval market hall stands, a jewel from the 15th century 🪵.

Very close by, we explore the curious Art Village of William the Conqueror 🖼️, a former inn turned into an artistic space with courtyards full of history and sculptures from the 17th and 18th centuries 🎭.

After that, we head to Beuvron-en-Auge, one of the most beautiful villages in France 🏘️. We stroll through its streets with timber-framed houses, cross flower-decorated bridges 🌺 and get lost in its charming corners.

Our last stop is Thury-Harcourt-le-Hom 🏞️. We walk along the Orne river, climb up to the remains of the castle burned in 1944 🔥, and visit the Church of Saint Sauveur, rebuilt after the war. We end with a short route to a spectacular viewpoint over the river meander, a perfect place to enjoy nature 🍃.
