The Bridges is one of the newer developments in the south east corner of Bend on 15th St. The nearest subdivision to the newest high school in Bend Caldera high school. Amongst other things the amenities are what really separate the neighborhood from so many others we have full indoor basketball court, a modern gym Plus a game room and a pool. There’s a beautiful canal that runs through the area and you can walk or ride on the pads for the follow the canal all the way east or west taking you out into the country or into town. In addition there is a 40 acre park there’s being developed across 15th St. and currently the Murphy bypass is being constructed that will give you quicker exiting the area to get down to the old Mill District without any delays with the train. There’s a lot of upside development coming in the south east corner of Bend and it’s probably my top pick for upside potential.
