I want to show you guys a new tool I received from Wheeler, it’s their laser bore sighter. It mounts to the end of your muzzle and emits a green laser down range to a reflective sighter that is included in the kit. You turn your elevation and windage until the laser is in the center of your reticle.

You can do this before you go to the range, the kit comes with instructions on how.

I was already out there, so I just mounted the reflective sighter next to my zero paper at 100 yards. If you watch the video, I took a picture through my rifle scope after I centered the green laser, it was a bright day and I had no issues seeing it down range.

My first shot was 1.5 mils high and 0.8 mils right. I dialed down 1.5 and left 0.8, the second shot was center! Two rounds total! I wish I had this when I first started shooting, I would have saved a lot of money in ammo trying to zero my rifles. I sent a couple more to see my group then floated my turrets and reconfirmed.

I also used this two weeks ago at the Maxordinate Precision Rifle 1 course and helped many of their students zero. This was convenient and fast.
