Mama Vina
Depth: 24-28 meters
Mama Vina is an artificial reef created by a sunken shrimp boat, offering a unique diving experience.
Marine Life:
• Diverse array including large groupers, barracudas, and sometimes nurse sharks
• From November to March, female bull sharks may be spotted as they come to give birth
• Eagle rays can be seen passing by during the right season
Features: The sunken boat provides interesting structures to explore and excellent photo opportunities.
Current: As a deeper site, Mama Vina can experience moderate currents.
Best For: Advanced divers comfortable with deeper dives and potential currents. Wreck diving experience is a plus.
Intermediate Dive Sites (up to 15 meters)

Sabalos
Depth: Up to 15 meters
Sabalos is a colorful reef teeming with tropical fish, offering a delightful experience for intermediate divers.
Marine Life:
• Schools of grunts, snappers, and the occasional ray
• Eagle rays can be seen passing by during the right season
Current: Typically experiences milder currents than deeper sites, though they can still be very present.
Best For: Intermediate divers looking to explore vibrant reef life without venturing into very deep waters.
