Rural community

Rural community is also known as Village Communities.

This village is the oldest permanent community of man.

Community lives in village, rich in culture & traditions, dependent on natural environment, mostly dependent on agriculture , have low density of population, intimate group relations, homogeneous in nature , social stratification, social interaction , social mobility , social solidarity , joint family.

Sub- urban community

A type of community that is often located near a big city an area right outside of a city.

Suburbs have smaller populations and fewer big buildings than , more family- friendly atmosphere than urban communities

Typically has more space and larger homes.


Urban community

The ‘urban community’ means the city community.

Refers to densely populated areas in the heart of cities, with high-rise buildings and lots of activity.

Typically has smaller living spaces and easy access to public transportation.

TRIBAL COMMUNITY

A tribe can be defined as a community living in a hilly forest or well demarcated areas having its own culture , religion , language, and strong identity.

Own language , own political system, own religion.

They have sense of belongingness to their own community.
