Hiii simmers! Today we are build a lovely villa for a single father with a teen daughter.
On the ground floor you have spacious kitchen, dining area, living space, office nook, guest bathroom, staff bedroom with it’s own bathroom (or you can use this for rent), laundry room, two parking spaces, outdoor grill with breakfast area, two pools, living area with fire pit.
On the first floor you have father’s suite, daughter’s bedroom with it’s own bathroom, another bathroom in between and outdoor seating with fire pit on the balcony. Enjoy it and I hope you will like it. 😊
