With the revelation that the Separatists have a bioweapon that is specifically designed to kill Clones, the Republic has gone into overdrive to find the base where this weapon is being created. The Republic has tracked a Separatist fleet that is believed to carry the coordinates to a secret base in the Outer Rim. The Republic gathers the largest fleet it has assembled yet during the war and sends it to intercept the Separatist fleet. The 116th has been tasked with boarding the Separatist capital ship and retrieving the plans.
