This is from the end of the Out of the Cellar tour. The band had already finished the main tour in North America on New Years Eve 1984, and were now working on the new Invasion of Your Privacy album. However their manager unexpectedly scheduled them to do a tour of Japan in the middle of recording sessions. It's during this trip to Japan where they filmed footage for their first official home movie (RATT: The Video) which would later be sold via mail order inside the sleeve of the Invasion album. This footage here is RATT in their absolute prime.
