Clive Barker's Jericho is a next-generation game developed in collaboration with Codemasters and Alchemic Productions and released in late October 2007. Jericho will be accessible for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 and is aimed at older players. It will blend "the darkest aspects of Barker's horror novels and films with an ambitious age-spanning plot."
A trek through a vanished city that has been resurrected in a desolate desert has inspired Barker to develop the plot. Within the city, an ancient evil must be tracked down and eliminated by a Special Forces team utilizing both traditional and arcane weaponry. Players must navigate through a series of maze-like chambers, each containing a foe deadlier than the last.

Jericho is set nearly completely in Al Khali, a contemporary Middle Eastern metropolis constructed on top of the piled remains of various ancient civilizations.
Layers of instances from the city's chaotic and murderous history are generated when the powers of this unknown horror break through the temporal rift into the earth.
As they plunge into Al Khali's dark history, the Jericho team will be compelled to move from one Time Slice to another, confronting new enemies along their way…
