It’s NOT HAPPENING LIKE THEY SAID IT WOULD!

Despite being close to two percentage points lower for a 30 year mortgage than one year ago fire demand continues to fall and closed and pending sales continue to fall year over a year in the US housing market. This is evidence that it's gonna take price is coming down substantially, combined with rates falling in order to bring the usual amount of buyers into the market.
