EDUCATIONAL FILM_THOUSAND SHADE OF ART NOUVEAU

The film was realized within the ARTNOUVEAU2 project, as one of the five educational films. All films have been translated to native languages of all partners.

In the animated film, we try to make it comprehensible for all, from the youngest ones to the adults, what the essence and the source of creativity of the Art Nouveau movement are. Initially, we started from the fact that this new diverse art movement launched many different creative paths where artists defined their own priorities in the artistic approach. At the same time, we also tried to indicate the similarities of this movement; the wholesome creative ideas, the confrontation with social expectations and the inspiration drawn from nature, from oriental art and from folk art. The animated film featuring the artifacts from our collection and the vintage photos of the building of the Museum of Applied Arts makes the Art Nouevau movement accessible and fun for children and adults alike.
