This ethical theory is focused around Virtue Ethics, it looks at the character of the individual and how to develop into a virtuous person. Aristotle identifies 11 virtuous character traits we should develop, and claims that a virtue lies in the middle of two vices, the middle between two extremes is the Golden Mean, and by following this we will become virtuous people.
