VALAVERSE: GI Joe Classified Ripoff OR Inspired UpGrades?

Is Valaverse Action Force just a Gi joe Classified Ripoff or are they an inspired and much needed upgrade? This has been a debate since Action Force Series One first landed. Hopefully, this video can finally put that debate to bed!!!

NOTE- This video was recorded the day before Valaverse announced the New upgraded neck joints for Series 5. Cannot wait to see how they measure up!
