•BREAKFAST #1 Green Smoothie: 548 calories
-1 small avocado or half of a large avocado
-1/2 of a large green apple
-1 frozen banana
-2 big spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt
-1 cup of almond milk
-handful of spinach
-1 tbsp of honey
Blend together until smooth

•BREAKFAST #2 Egg scramble with roasted potatoes: 900 calories
-cut potatoes into small cubes and season with 1/2 tbsp of mayo, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne powder. Air dry for 15 min at 375 F (or roast in the oven or on the stove top)
-2 scrambled eggs mixed with 1 ground chicken patty with onions, cherry tomatoes, serrano peppers and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Top with sour cream and hot sauce

•LUNCH: Crispy shrimp salad: 657 calories
-clean and dry shrimp: season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, corn starch
-Grill with cooking oil on high heat for 3-5 minutes
-sautée mushrooms for 3-5 minutes
Mix Salad: mix spring lettuce, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, cucumbers, 1 cup of brown rice, shrimp, half an avocado, shrimp, sesame seeds.
