1. Completed Visa Application Form: Ensure that the form is accurately filled out and signed. You can download it from the official website of the Korean Embassy or Consulate.

2. Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your intended date of travel. Make sure it has at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.

3. Passport-Sized Photo: Attach a recent, colored passport-sized photo (35mm x 45mm) with a white background. The photo should be taken within the last six months.

4. Photocopy of Passport Bio Page: Submit a clear copy of the bio-data page of your passport.

5. Original and Photocopy of Previous Visas and Arrival Stamps: If you have traveled to Korea or other OECD countries within the last five years, include copies of these visas and stamps.

6. Employment Certificate: This should be an original document printed on your company's official letterhead, indicating your position, date of hire, salary, and duration of leave. It must be signed by an authorized representative of your company.

7. Personal Bank Certificate: Obtain a bank certificate issued within the last three months. It should detail your account type, current balance, and account opening date.

8. Bank Statements: Provide original or certified true copies of your bank statements for the past three months, stamped and signed by the bank.

9. Income Tax Return (ITR): Submit a photocopy of your latest ITR (Form 2316) with your employer's signature. If this is not available, provide a BIR-stamped copy of your ITR.

Submission:
Submit your application and all required documents to the Korean Embassy or Consulate with jurisdiction over your place of residence. Some embassies may require an appointment for submission.
