2014-2017 Chevy Caprice PPV - Remove Fleet Keys / FOBs

I give you an overview of the steps I performed to have my 2014 Chevy Caprice PPV no longer accept fleet keys nor FOBs from RPO code 6E3.

I also show you what I did to repair the FOB antenna in the rear window of my car.
