Day 5 we are turning it up with Cardio HIIT. We have 7 moves, 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds rest, we have 2 rounds. doing INTERVALS of Upper Body Strength and Trampoline Cardio. Always make sure you go at a pace you feel comfortable with and if you get confused or lost just go back to your basic bounce. Let’s go HIIT this!
