100% completion requires all items in the research catalogue to be unlocked, All gateways on all 7 planets to be unlocked, and completing the story by interacting with the Infinite and end credit cutscene starts.

1st attempt at 100% speedrun so the run was really inefficient and a huge time save can be achieved.You can probably finish 100% in less than 4-5 hours if the route is optimized and improved.

Idea for the route is to get large shuttle with everything you need to power the gateways and collect the triptychs from the cores, collect 36 research items on Glacio and use around 10 research chambers at a time so the research is done by the time you are ready to complete the game.

You likely cannot get enough research from samples anymore as +280,000 bytes required in total, so research chambers needed but trouble is keeping them powered whist you activate the gateways. Spending the time making 5 or so RTGs might save a bunch of time if you minimized the planet trips.
