A whopping 15% of the time sales reps spend at work is leaving voicemails.

Yet the voicemail response rate is a lowly 5%.

There has to be an acceptance that voicemail is an antiquated way of contacting prospects and a massive time drain.

For me, the biggest problem is that it leaves the ball in the customers court.

Usually on a voicemail reps are asking for the prospect to get back to them, which takes away your ability for further outreach without appearing needy/annoying.
