Chopper Camping - Welcoming Fall

Every September in Western MA there is a small event that was started as a vintage Indian Motorcycles camp out. Most of the guys are older, some in their 80’s still tent camping. I’ve crashed it the last 3 years. As the Indians become more rare there’s more vintage Harleys that begin to appear. The old timers usually come over and reminisce about the old days looking at the choppers as we roll into camp.

This year I brought a couple buddies and we rode backroads across the state, climbed Mt. Greylock, passed some familiar faces on a similar trip, crossed into New York and Vermont and had an overall memorable time with little to no bike issues which is always a plus!
