Wondering what the top mlm leaders did to go from newbie to leader? In this video, I share the 5 stages I went through to go from newbie to leader in my company in 4 months. Becoming a mlm leader is a very strategic and simple process once you learn and apply the 5 stages that I discuss in this video.

MLM Leaders all do 5 things to reach their status in their company and in the industry. Once you master these 5 stages you can then help other people become mlm leaders as well by going through these same 5 stages. These 5 stages were inspired by the 5 stages shared in Jon Acuff's book, Start.

MLM Leaders Stage 1: Learning
During this stage, you learn and explore. Your goal is to discover what it is that you like and don't like. Your job is to explore and start the process of discovering what you are passionate about and discover your strengths. In mlm, this process involves investing in education to learn all of the different marketing strategies available to you to grow your business.

MLM Leaders Stage 2: Editing
During this stage, you get focused. You define what area you want to be a master and leader in. This stage is all about removing things from your life that will take you out of the area that you have chosen to master. In mlm, this is about picking the 2 marketing strategies you want to be a master in and focusing only on learning and applying training relevant to those 2 strategies. You put the blinders on everything else. MLM Leaders are focused.

MLM Leaders Stage 3: Mastering
This stage is about building the skills in your area of expertise and becoming a master. In mlm, you do this by every single day, doing your 2 key marketing strategies. I recommend working from a marketing checklist each day so you can get better and focus on improving in your 2 key marketing strategies.

MLM Leaders Stage 4: Harvesting
This stage is about enjoying and reaping the results. You will start to produce results from the areas that you have chosen to master. You will start to see the fruit of your labor done in steps 1-3. In mlm, this means that you now start to generate leads and signups and make money with the 2 marketing strategies you are now becoming an expert and leader in.

MLM Leaders Stage 5: Guidance
This stage is about now stepping into a leadership role and helping to guide other people through the previous 4 stages shared above. In mlm, this is about going back into the marketplace and sharing the results you produced in stage 4, to get even more leads and signups. This is about teaching what you did to produce your results. This is what makes you attractive to people and get them attracted to joining you in business.
