For those that are unaware, there is no recording of this on youtube or bili, it has been performed but never recorded. I took my time to ensure to have it done to show off to global
TLDR: This run basically enables Qu to constantly HB version every ult (besides from the opener that is a HD version) with only needing 1 ba prior her 3x1, and without running out of energy (since this puts you in a scenario to do a ba at the end to get ult back up)/orbs. Also being up +1 Qu ult than other players
Video also showcases how Qu is able to play around lightning strikes and problematic mobs like the bear, significantly reducing your resets
But let's go into what makes this run doable
Fact 1: You'll notice that before swapping, a 3 ping is activated to grant Qu 1 extra orb, this will come in handy later to remove ult deficiency
Fact 2: You'll notice that I am going for wave kills here. Starting fresh on waves or waves that are still healthy are the key to Qu's orb economy, Qu needs to land her ba+hb to constantly generate 2 orbs per cycle
Fact 3: Starting fresh on new waves with Qu is how she plays around lightning strikes/bears, if you look throughout the video, lightning strikes proc when Qu is doing her ba + 3x1, because of her mobility during a 3x1, and the slight superarmour she has, any lightning strike or attack during this period is either armoured through or dodged (she dodges backwards slightly when doing a 3x1)
Furthermore, this means that during matrix moments, Qu will trap the newly spawned wave into matrix slowdown + whatever lightning strike is incoming
Fact 4: You'll notice that I am NOT ulting instantly after her HB core hits (the iceberg slash), a very slight delay before ulting after her HB core is required to ensure maximum energy flow is obtained
Fact 5: Doing 3x1 throughout the entire run will leave Qu running out of ult energy at some point, forcing you to do a ba to get ult back up. This is where the extra orb from deer + getting max orbs from ba and hb from hitting fresh waves or very healthy waves comes in handy. Look at the 3xn ping at the 1:13 mark of the video (not the in game timer), at this point I am concerned about my ult meter; fortunately, I have the orbs to sustain a 3x3 play to replenish her ult meter until the end of the run without endangering her orb economy (at the end is where she may have ult issues again but it only happens at the very final one where you can sacrifice as many orbs as you want anyway), this removes the need to being forced to ba to get ult up, and only needing to do 1 ba before the 3x1 ping for max speed
Fact 6: Note that in someone else's video, that a HB was able to get them to the same wave progression on qu's first ult, that normally isn't the case, in usual circumstances, this is the optimal route (ult orb killing w2 and qu ult killing w3)
Fact 7: blue orb is Qu's best friend, use this to cancel her HB as it's the fastest and safely transitions to her HB while putting her out of harms way, red is okay but gap closes and puts her in danger and takes slightly longer, dodge cancel if dmg isn't required, yellow orb is the worst one, letting a number of yellow orbs go through will cost the ender
Fact 8: Wave progression theory is pretty simple here, if chrome qte is not required then do not use it to kill the wave, if next wave is not a bear it should die to her core + chrome shred, giving access to qu ult next wave. If you're heading into a bear wave, notably in the middle waves (w13 and so on), dv ult and push them to kill percent with core to land ult on next wave with both qtes up. NOTE that if a wave would be left on 1 hp without using chrome qte then that is also fine, just be wary of wave transition as qu is in a position to get hit by lightning strikes/bears here
Result: Max dmg Qu can dish out + being up 1 extra ult at the end (hence why this video is longer than the average qu solo)
