I lost my job during COVID 19. Then I started preparing for government job for more job security and
stability. But after few months, due to need of money I decided to start job again along with preparation.
So I started giving interview in private company. Then I came to Omega elevators for giving interview. They
said that i am not stable person so I have to sign 3 years bond, in which i have to give them 2 blank cheque,
which they can withdraw if I resign or do work slowly. it is violation of Article 23 which comes under Indian constitution.

I felt like what can go wrong. They are asking for it because they don't want me to resign and want
efficient person. But it was their trick to make anyone work in half salary and withdraw using those
cheques. After i joined, they Tell me to work in way that i get injury, they doubted my qualification by
calling it fake, they keep mentally harassing me and if I answer back then ask for resign in order to
withdraw cheque. But due to need of money i decided to bear everything.

But then they started using abusive bad words related to my mother. That was too much for me to bear. Then I
wanted to resign but I couldn't because of bond. Then I waited for bond to complete while working in
abusive work environment. At the day my bond got completed, i gave resign and got out of company. and for future opportunities, i need experience letter from company. but they are refusing to give.
