In this video I will be going over how to do the one-foot glide in figure skating. Each step is broken down to make this an easy to follow skating tutorial. I talk about posture, core strength, and how to work your way up to a full one-foot glide. Off-ice tips and tricks are included at the very end of the video for skaters that would like to work on this element off of the ice.
