In November 2018, Museums Australia re-branded as the Australian Museums and Galleries Association. The Australian Museums and Galleries Association Victoria (AMaGA Victoria) is the state branch of the Australian Museums and Galleries Association, a not-for-profit national membership association founded in 1993 to bring together people concerned with the care and communication of Australia’s natural, artistic, and cultural heritage.
