I've said this before and I'll probably be saying it again - I'm very sorry I've been away for sooo long. With the new job and the band I've recently joined

it seems my upload schedule won't be back on track anytime soon. But I'm not going away for good, that's for sure.

First, let me wish you all a wonderful 2020, may it be the best one yet! I hope you get what you wish, and wish for what you truly need.

Me? Well, since it's the new year and all... I figured - why not suffer from the very beginning? Why not choose the most daunting, difficult song for me yet? And so I did.

In all seriousness, I wanted to try something big for the occasion; I might have just bitten off more than I could chew, but I do hope you still enjoy my clumsy little New Year gift. To all my classically trained singer friends - I'm sorry. To all my Italian speaking friends - I'm really, really sorry. I'm well aware that my pronunciation, breathing technique and so many more things require more work - and work I shall! Still, as it is, I'm actually pretty happy with this one, considering I;ve dreamed of trying it out since I first saw The Fifth Element as a kid. (seriously, how awesome is that movie??) And it was really fun, if excrutiatingly time-consuming.
