If you're looking for a delicious and low smart point way to cook/use chicken, you have come to the right place! Today, I am using my Instant Pot to prepare this recipe, but if you do not have one, you can always make this with your slow cooker (see link to recipe website below for instructions)!! This recipe is AWESOME if you are looking to prep something for lunches away from home (work, school, picnics, beach, etc.!). It is versatile like chicken salad, filling, low in points, and the best part...ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!🎉🤤🥪

*Side Note: The original recipe also called for 1 tsp fresh or 1/2 tsp dried dill, but I did not have any. I did not feel the taste of this recipe was compromised at all! Use whatever you have on hand🖤
