🟢材料:
鯇魚腩 1 件
薑、蔥、蒸魚豉油 適量

🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 魚洗淨吸乾水,碟底鋪上蔥段,將鯇魚腩放入碟中。
2️⃣ 水滾下鍋,大火蒸 8-10 分鐘。
3️⃣ 取出碟底蔥,倒掉魚汁,灒入滾油及適量蒸魚豉油。
📌備註:如怕鯇魚熟不透,蒸完可等 2 分鐘才開蓋。

🟢Ingredients:
Grass carp - 1 piece
Ginger, spring onions - as needed
Seafood soy sauce - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and pat dry the grass carp, and place it on a plate with spring onions at the bottom.
2️⃣ Bring water to a boil in a steamer, and steam the grass carp over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
3️⃣ Remove the spring onions from the plate and discard the liquid from steamed fish. Drizzle some hot oil and seafood soy sauce over the fish.
📌Note: If you're concerned that the grass carp might not be cooked through, you can wait for 2 minutes before uncovering the plate.
