Windmills and Tulips, A Good Combination? - Windmill Valley Review

I am a sucker for cool components in games, especially spinning gears. So when I saw the cool factor in Windmill Valley from Board & Dice I was of course intrigued. Add into it engine building and the possibility of many chaining combos and I was sold. Now it is time to see how it go.
