Mammoet 2400Te Jack-up System (JS2400)

Mammoet's JS 2400 push-up system allows clients to build a structure on the ground and raise it only after it has been fully assembled, enabling safer and faster ways of working. Due to its modular nature and cumulative jacking capacity, the system can be configured to lift almost any load.
This video demonstrates how the push-up system works. Each of the towers consists of a modular column that hydraulically raises the object in small strokes of 480 millimeters. After each stroke, the section is secured with a half can, then jacked up another 480 mm and replaced with a 960 mm full can, which is bolted to the set of cans above. This process is repeated until the structure reaches the desired height.
