【The World to Come x Star Sky】Memories of Mona, Katherine & Vanessa

A few months ago, I saw a similar video about Carol and all those beautiful memories between Cate and Rooney, which blows me away every time I watch it. Then I thought, there should be one made for The World to Come.

I chose the song "Star Sky," an epic and uplifting one because I think it is precisely how the contemporary significance of these period and queer love pieces would be. As Mona once said, it's never easy to make a film. Still, they put the best effort to claim a space in history and the universe for the untold female stories so that ordinary people like us could have unforgettable and moving encounters with them in our lives. So we could take the strength, inspirations, and hopefulness given by these brave women with us and get through even the most difficult days.

It's January 1st. One hundred and sixty-six years have passed. Abigail and Tallie found love; we found happiness and many things to look forward to🧡💪.

So, I just want to thank them, Mona, Katherine, Vanessa, and all the brilliant crew. Thank this little love poem✨. Also, Happy New Year to those living in The World to Come. I think we are so lucky, knowing that there'll be more and more years ahead❤️❤️.
