從清華大學微電子所博士畢業后，除了教職工作，他仍放心不下做科研時結識的患有聽力障礙的老人。 自從母親患上聽力障礙，彼此溝通變得越來越難，讓他愈發堅定了創業的決心。

After graduating from the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University, in addition to the faculty and staff, he still can't worry about the elderly with hearing impairment he met when doing scientific research.
