While I was on my cross-country road trip, I got the chance to tour an abandoned train depot in St. Louis. It was filled with people who had nowhere else to call home. Some had been there for as long as 7 years and had even constructed their own homes. I met some amazing characters and had the opportunity to hear their stories. I also handed out a lot of socks and got them some warm food!
