First bit of on-the-job footage I was able to record. Here I'm trying to diagnose a seemingly failed firmware update to one of our Crestron DMPS3-350 units. A firmware update was issued to it the night before, and the next day our tech couldn't remotely access it to load code. He had me go down and work with him to see what was going on and to see if we needed to do a factory reset.
