Forcing gender or other identity quotas in cabinets or any other organizational structure sends a clear message that identity trumps ability. This doesn’t elevate oppressed groups; it patronizes them by implying they can’t succeed on their own merit.
Instead of celebrating the differences between men and women, radical ideologues often weaponize those differences, framing them as systemic injustices that must be eradicated by force. But the data doesn’t support these assumptions.
