This isn't a long term save, which means there's really no reason for us to spend a lot of money building up young players. However, that doesn't mean the player pipeline isn't important. Here's my advice on raiding other clubs for youth players.

As always, we're playing with hardcore mode rules, which means that all star ratings and attributes have been turned off.

I use the Mustermann v3.02 FM23 Dark Skin for my saves. It's been slightly modified to remove all star ratings.
