How SBI Mocked Supreme Court of India | Wants To Reveal Electoral Bond Details AFTER 2024 Elections!

On the 15th of Feb, the Supreme Court in a landmark judgement, held Electoral Bonds unconstitutional. It was the very instrument that the BJP brought in - allowing it to amass thousands of crores of rupees in 'secret' funding. The SC had directed the SBI to give all the details of Electoral Bond purchases to the Election Commission by the 6th of March and that the EC would publish these details by the 15th of March.

Now SBI is 'requesting' more time to get this data - time enough for the 2024 elections to get over - so that this information become redundant to the voter. Will the SC swallow this bitter pill or can it at least allow for the biggest donors to be revealed - so that people can make an informed choice???
