Buying on ThredUp: a Review (updated from my previous one)

Due to regular thrift stores and fitting rooms being closed for the better part of the past year, I ended up shopping with ThredUp more than originally planned. I thought I might reconsider my previous opinions from last year's customer review video, but then I looked into what former employees had to say.
