Hey guys, my names Amelia and welcome to my YouTube channel where I will be posting a range of fitness challenges in order to raise money for Mental Health charities!

This first video is a summary of my story and why I’ve decided to make this YouTube channel. It’s been so difficult trying to put together this video and to actually talk about it to a camera because these are topic that effect me every day of my life! They effect my life, my happiness and my mental health, and mental health is such an important issue because there are so many people struggling alone in the dark! So for this reason I have put together this YouTube channel in order to raise money for Mental Health charities so that people can begin to speak up and be heard for what’s happening to them!
